Welcoming Exchange Students

I introduced fall in Japan. This season has a lot of things, so I’ll tell you some of these things. First, I’ll talk about KOUYOU. Fall is the best time to see. KOUYOU means the colored leaves of autumn. A lot of leaves, especially maple leaves turn red. The color is very beautiful. KOUYOU is also called MOMIJI. There are MOMIZIGARI in Japan. Next, I’ll talk about TSUKIMI. This event is Japanese traditional culture. It’s concept is dry field farming courtesy.
Dumplings offered to the moon, taros, green soybeans, a Japanese chestnut and fruits put on three sides, and the seven fall prints and candles. Then, celebrate the harvest season. Like this. It’s becoming Edo era. Finally, I’ll talk about chestnut ting and a baked sweet potato. I often did these events when I elementary school student. Like this. I very enjoy it. Chestnut and potato is very sweet!! You should do it.
